Cancellation policy If a lesson is cancelled 24 hours before its start, the full refund is allowed If a lesson is cancelled 12 hours before the lesson starts but less than 24 hours before the lesson starts, 50% refund is allowed If a lesson is cancelled less than 12 hours before the lesson starts, no refund is allowed. If a lesson is not cancelled according to the cancellation policy, it is counted to be attended and a full fee is charged. A penalty rule for offline payments A full fee will be charged if a lesson is not cancelled or cancelled less than 12 hours before its start. 50% of a lesson price will be charged if a lesson is cancelled 12 hours before the lesson starts but less than 24 hours before the lesson starts. A penalty rule for membership holders: A full fee will be added to a membership card price or a duration of a membership card will be limited according to the cost of a lesson if a lesson is not cancelled or cancelled less than 12 hours before its start. 50% of a lesson price will be added to a membership card price or a duration of a membership card will be limited according to 50% of the cost of a lesson if a lesson is cancelled 12 hours before the lesson starts but less than 24 hours before the lesson starts
